Kylie’s friends seem so much more mature than she is. And with middle school just a summer away, she’s worried her friends might leave her behind, especially because she keeps embarrassing them.

So Kylie applies her scientific brain to the problem and comes up with a solution: the Everybody Experiement. She’ll do what everybody else does all summer and if she can get through the summer without baby tears, she’ll prove she’s mature. But the more she does what everyone else does, the more Kylie wonders if she’s losing herself.
